* Daffy vs. Bugs So who are you? Daffy Duck or Bugs Bunny? Have you ever noticed that Daffy always seems to have absolutely no control over anything that goes on in his life? He is in a constant state of emotional turmoil! Then there's Bugs, laid back, insightful, has things in order and good things always seem to come his way. In particular the outcomes of the choices he makes. Ask yourself this question, "If I had to choose, who would I compare myself to? Daffy or Bugs?" If your answer is Daffy I think it may be time to consider coaching. Do you remember the episode where it is Duck Season and Elmer Fudd goes hunting? Poor Daffy always makes the wrong choice and ends up having his beak blown to the other side of his face! Ever feel that way? Then there's Bugs, who seemingly always has the right answers and the outcome is always pretty darn good! No matter what adversity he faces or the few failures along the line, he always seems to come through with flying colors. This can be you. So tell me, who would you rather be? Bugs or Daffy?
* My Favorite Looney Tunes Episodes My favorite episode was the one where Bugs was trapped in a big castle with Gossimer, a big red hairy monster nearly 4 times his size! Through out the entire episode, Gossimer did his best to get Bugs. Do you remember what happened? Bugs outsmarted him every time! My favorite part is when he pretends to be a manicurist and says to Gossimer, "dip da patties in da water"... and Gossimer does it. Only to find there are mouse traps in it! I'm not suggesting that you go out and snare some one in a trap like poor Gossimer here! What I am suggesting is that you focus more on the choices you make in life so that you don't end up like him. If one thing you try doesn't work, it doesn't mean that you have failed, it simply means you have to try another avenue. Much like Bugs did when he consistently came up with new and innovative ways to outsmart the monster. So, what would the moral of the story be? If you remain calm and focus on what kind of outcomes you would like for yourself, you can be a Bugs too! You certainly don't want to end up like Gossimer now do you? So this would be where I come in. I am a Professional Coach, which means that I am trained in techniques, to assist you in attaining the goals you set for yourself. By formulating a specific plan of action, designed specifically for you, we can weed out things that are taking too much out of your day and make time to enjoy life without ending up like the Coyote in the Road Runner episode. Course even with the best laid plans, sometimes you end up at the bottom of a canyon wondering what went wrong. My goal is to help you to stay up on top and take the necessary steps to help you de-stress and achieve more of a balance in your life.
* My Looney Tune Ideas I am here to remind those of you who forgot how to play or maybe just don't make the time to play how to get more out of your life, in the following manner: by making adjustments in schedules and your own personal boundaries. Just ask me how! After all isn't that what life is about? Helping one another to move to new heights and gain new experiences? Yes!! We are all given the option to make a choice to begin a new adventure in life. Take charge of your own life and the out comes. Remember, there is no such thing as failure, however, there is try, try again.
